Hello Forum.

I have a user getting a Notes crash with this error "Shared Memory from previous Notes/Domino run has been detected, this process will exit now"
States it happens most frequently when using Notes client.
Happens mainly when trying to open cross certified emails or attempting archiving.

The IBM support link stated Quality Engineering resolved the issue on V8.5.1
User is on v8.5.2 FP3.
running WIN7.
User has to kill the process and reboot to be able to access Notes again.

Thank you if you have another fix for this issue or what we can guide the user to do.
